摘　　要：本文在非均衡理论基础上对非均衡微观市场的调控机制进行了研究。从控制论角度导出了单一市场和多市场的价格调节和数量调节的方式，并进行了稳定性分析。Abstract In this paper， the regulation mecha nism of disequilibrium micro market is studied on the basis of disequilibrium theory． The concrete form of price adjustment and quantity adiustment are derived from the optimal control view，and the stability analysis has been illustrated.Key wods：disequilibrium market， price adjustment， quantity adjustment
