摘 要:采用电化学法研究锌镍镀液中有机添加剂AA-1和DIE的吸附行为及其对电沉积过程的阻化作用,并用x射线衍射法研究所获得Zn-Ni合金沉积层的相组成和织构,结果表明,AA-1和DIE在电极表面吸附并阻化Zn-Ni合金共沉积;它们单独存在或共存时,均造成合金沉积物的Ni含量较无添加剂的为低,合金沉积物的相组成由单独存在时的η相转变为共存时的η+r相;由于AA-1和DIE的协同作用而强烈地促进沉积物(100)晶面的形成。The adsorption behaviour of the organic add itives AA-1 and DIE in Zn-Niplating solution and their blocking effects during electrodeposition are studied by means of electrochemistry,and the phase and structure of the alloy deposits are also determined by x-ray diffrac-tion。The resuIts show that AA-1 and DIE are adsorbed on the surface of the electrode and obstruct the codeposition of Zn-Ni alloy;the Ni content of the aIloy deposited from the bath withAA-1 and DIE both or alone,is lower than that without additive;the phase of the alloy depositschanges from η phase with additive existance alone to(η+γ)phase coexistance;the formation(100)face of the deposits is strongly promoted for the coeffection of AA-1 and DIE。
