摘　　要：介绍了８０９８单片机在智能双啮仪中的应用，该仪器采用８０９８的高速输出口控制步进电机，并用四只不同颜色的指示灯显示双啮误差检验结果，实现了双啮仪测试齿轮径向综合误差和一齿径向综合误差的智能化。明显地提高了测量精度和工作效率，并消除了人为因素引起的测量误差．his intelligent tester may control the stepping motor with the HSO of single chip computer 8098, then the measurement result can be indicated rapidly by four colour LED. So the measurement process of the dual-flank mesh gear tester can be performed intelligently; both the accuracy and efficiency,of measurement can be improved effectivelly.
