克罗米芬诱发排卵及对妊娠与小儿的随访

摘　　要：７０例不育妇女经克罗米芬及克罗米芬联合治疗后妊娠，其中２例妊娠２次，联合治疗包括克罗米芬与雌激素、绒毛膜促性腺雌素、地塞米松、溴隐亭、三苯氧胺、孕激素、或中药等的联合。５８例（８０．５％）足月分娩，３例（４．２％）早产，１０例（１３．９％）终止于早期及晚期流产，１例妊娠中，双胎率为２．８％。１例新生儿畸形。对２９例分娩的小儿随诊结果表明，体格及智力发育均在正常范围。提示克罗米芬及克罗米芬联合治疗对不育妇女及分娩的小儿是安全，有效的。Seventy cases of infertile women conceived following clomiphene or combined clomiphene therapy. Two cases conceived in twice time. The combined therapy included the combination of clomiphene with estrogen, hCG,dexamethasone, bromocriptine,tamoxifen, progesterone, or Chinese medications respectively.58(80.5%) pregnancies terminated in live full-term deliveries.3(4.2%) pregnancies ended in live premature deliveries. 10 (13.9%) ended in first and second trimester abortion. One case is continuing on pregnancy.Twinning rate was 2.8%. One case showed visible malformation.Follow-up of physical and mental development showed within normal range in 29 infants born after clomiphene or combined therapy. This data indicate that clomiphene and combined clomiphene therapy is a safe, effective therapy for infertile women and their infants.
