女阴假性湿疣16例临床及病理分析

摘　　要：对１６例假性湿疣（ＰＶ）的临床及病理进行了分析，其临床的主要表现是呈密集的粉红色粟粒状光滑丘疹，部分呈丝状或息肉状，互不融合，好发于大阴唇内侧；病理上其外观呈乳头瘤样突起，皮损粘膜上皮与正常粘膜相似，呈分布均匀，大小一致的空泡状，无异形性，真皮毛细血管扩张，有少量淋巴样细胞浸润。本病易误诊为尖锐湿疣，应引起高度重视。Sixteen cases of pseudocondyloma of vulva (PV) were analyzed. The clinical features of PV showed that the lesions which mainly distributed on the medial side of labia minora were clusters of discrete papules,smooth in appearance and light red in color. Some cases were filiform or polypoid lesions. The pathologic patterns were characterized by fingershaped configuration; epithelium was similar to normal of mucosal membrane without atypia,and dermis was composed of a rich vascular network and a mild lymphocytic infiltration. Thus,PV should be carefully distinguished from condyloma acuminata.
