摘　　要：本文介绍了一种最近研制的自适应激光谐振腔控制器。该控制器用于对激光谐振腔内的象差进行实时校正，从而提高激光器的输出功率，改善其输出的光束质量。该控制器采用8098微处理器进行运算处理，其运行速度快，处理能力强。由于系统采用软件控制，因而其可靠性高，控制灵活，方便。This paper introduces a device of adaptive laser resonator controller developed recently. The device is used to correct in real time the aberrations in resonator,so that it can raise the laser output power and improve the output beam quality. This controller utilizes a 8098 chip microprocessor for calculating and processing. so it features capability high speed velocity and strong processing ability. As the system makes use of software to control. it is of highly reliabile and flexible
