摘  要:用金相观察、扫描电镜的波谱和能谱分析结果表明,稀土在6063铝合金铸态组织中富集于晶界,稀土促进了Si和Fe向晶界偏聚,减少了针状铁相,铸态组织均匀、细化,强度提高。过量稀土会形成Al—La类稀土夹杂物,分布在晶界和晶内,使铸态组织粗化,合金强度下降。含稀土的铝合金型材中铁相有所细化,稀土化合物呈球团状,强度及硬度有所提高。Metallograph and scanning electron microscope studies of the distribution and function of a small quantity of rare earth metal in 6063 aluminium alloy show that rare earth metal is concentrated at the grain boundary of the as-cast 6063 aluminium alloy, and also promotes Si and Fe to be concentrated at the grain boundary. The needle phase containing Fe are reduced, and the as-cast microstructure is homogeneous and modified, thus the as-cast strength is increased obviously. But excess rare earth in the as-cast alloy will lead to the formation of some rare earth compounds like Al-La distributed in the cells and at the grain boundary, which makes the as-cast microstructure coarsen and the stre-ngth of the alloy fall. In the deformed 6063 aluminium alloy containing Fe are modified to a certain extent, and there are some spherical compounds containing rare earth metal, which leads to enhancing the strength and hardness of the deformed 6063 Aluminium alloy.
