摘  要:研究表明,粉状球化剂MDC反应平稳,镁光明显减小,镁的吸收率高达70~90%,脱硫率达50~80%,并具有较好的抗衰退性。MDC的各级分含量准确,无须火法冶炼,节省能源,成本比一般球化剂降低15%左右。Experiment showed that the reaction of MDC powder nodularizer was smooth, the flare of magnesium was obviously reduced,the absorption of magnesium was as high as of 70- 90 % , the desulphurization was of 50 - 80%,and the antidegeneration was excellent. The content of every ingredient of MDC was exact. This type of nodularizer needn' t fire metallurgy that lead to energy saving. As a result,its cost was reduced by about 15% compared with normal nodularizers.
