阆中市1973～1992年居民减寿年数和减寿率变化分析

摘　　要：本文对阆中１９７３～１９９２年居民ＰＹＬＬ等指标进行了分析，揭示阆中居民的ＰＹＬＬ、ＰＹＬＬ率和ＰＹＬＬ标化率均随年度的后移而下降。其下降原因主要是传染病、消化系病，肺炎等感染性疾病的三指标大幅度下降所致。进入九十年代主要是意外死亡、恶性肿瘤、传染病、肺炎、慢性肺部疾病等死因的Ｐｙｌｌ占得比例最大，为今后防制的重点。This paper analyzed the eivic PYLL indicators between 1973-1992 in Lang zhong , it showed that civic PYLL 、PYLL's ratemnd standardized pyll's rate has reduced year after year.The main reducible causes were resulted in infectious PYLL digestses 、digestive system diseases , pneumonia. From to the ninth decade of the 20th cemury,The pyll's proportion of the death causes of accident death,malignant tumours, infectious diseases pneuonia, chronic pneumal diseases was the biggest,that was our priority task of prevention and treatment.
