自然人群中结素试验阳性者皮内接种卡介苗对结核的发病影响──2251例10年随访观察

摘　　要：作者曾将农村自然人群中结素试验阳性者２２５１例按阳性等级分层后随机分为两组，其中一组１０７６例皮内接种卡介苗，另一组１１７５例作空白对照，经连续１０年随访观察，发现两组之间结核的年发病率及累计发病率均无显著差异。还于接种后１２周观察了接种组的强反应发生率与同期皮内接种卡介苗的结素试验阴性组的强反应发生率相比亦无显著差异。证明：对农村自然人群（包括１５周岁内儿童）不作结素试验直接皮内接种卡介苗是安全的。individuals with positive old tuberculin(O.T. ) test from a general population in rural_were assigned randomly either to intradermic bacille Calmette Guerin(BCG) injection group(IG) of 1076 persons or annual incidences and accumulative rates of tuberculosis between IG and CG after a ten-year follow-up. Furthermore , no statistical difference could after a ten-year follow-up. Furthermore, no statistical difference could be found in strong-response to BCG after 12 weeks of injection between IG and O. T. -negative group. These findings indicate that direct intradermic BCG injection without previous O. T. Test is safe and sound for the general population in rural area.
