汞毒性肾损害四例分析

摘　　要：通过四例汞毒性肾损害的临床资料分析，表明：无论经呼吸道还是消化道吸收的汞，均可对肾脏造成损害。但汞毒性肾损害经积极治疗是可以完全恢复的。在汞毒性急性肾衰的救治中，血透在清除体内的汞方面的作用甚微，但在降低死亡率，恢复肾脏功能方面起重要作用。It was shown, by a clinical material analysis of 4 cases of mercurialism nephropathy,that kidneys would be damaged whether mercury was absorbed through the respriatory or gastrointestinal tracts,Renal damage induced mercury would be cured completely if the disease was treated actively.In treatment of acute renal failure caused mercurialism there was a little effect for the blood dialysis on the clearance of mercury in the body but it was importent for the blood dialysis to decrease the mortality and improve the restoration of renal function.
