83－1除草剂对大鼠繁殖生育能力影响的实验研究

摘　　要：本研究是＂新农药８３－１除草剂毒性研究＂课题的一个组成部分。实验采用拌饲染毒，对大鼠进行了三代繁殖试验。结果表明，８３－１除草剂对受试动物母鼠受孕率、活产率和幼鼠４日存活率、哺育成活率，在染毒剂量高达４０ｍｇ／Ｋｇ饲料的试验条件下均未受明显影响。In this paper,the effect of fertility of herbicide 83-1 was investigated by the three-generation reproduction test of rats,The tested animals were fed the food mixed with different dose herbicide 83-1.The results showed that the four examination indices-pregeancy rate,living breed rate,survival rate and living lactation rate did not altered significantly compared with that of control group when the highest exposure dose was 40mg/Kg.
