摘  要:孕育铸铁的强度白口比BI是反映孕育剂对铸造薄壁高性能铸件适应程度的一项重要判据。本文以75SiFe孕育剂为比较对象,对三种常用的含稀土的孕育剂的BI进行了对比试验研究,同时就孕育剂加入量、铁水温度、铁水碳当量、硅碳比以及含硫量对使用不同孕育剂孕育的铸铁的强度白口比BI的影响规律进行了分析。Ratio of strength to chill depth of inoculated cast iron(BI) is a key criterion of reflecting the suitability of inoculators to the high property cast iron casting with thin wall. In contrast with 75SiFe inoculator, the contrast studies on the ratio of strength to chill depth of three kinds of rare earth inoculators in common use have been carried out, and the laws of influence of inoculator addition amount, temperature, carbon equivalent, ratio of silicon to carbon and sulphur content on the ratio of strength to chill depth of cast iron inoculated by the rare earth inoculators have been analysed.
