摘　　要：本文从理论上推导出程序柱柱效及分离度的函数关系式，并将正切柱、指数柱与平均柱进行了比较．理论计算和实验结果都表明正切柱是一种较理想的程序柱．The theoretical equation of the column efficiency and resolution of the gradient G C Column was derived.The column efficiency and resolution of the tangential column,the exponential column and the classical regular column was compared.The theoretical and practical result shows that the tangential column is an ideal gradient column.
