透湿防水胶布的研制

摘　　要：所研制的透湿防水胶布的结构组成为覆盖胶层、底涂胶层和纺织物层。底涂胶层的成孔材料选用羧甲基纤维素钠的微细粉末，用量约为底涂胶层（浆）胶料的２０％，水煮成孔。底涂胶层单位面积上胶量（干胶）为１００—１１０ｇ·ｍ－２，覆盖胶层单位面积上胶量（干胶）为３０—４０ｇ·ｍ－２，涂制好的胶布厚度为０．３８—０．３９ｍｍ。水煮后的胶布采用卷蒸车硫化罐直接蒸气硫化。成品胶布的通气性（压差为９８Ｐａ）１．５—３ｍＬ·ｃｍ－２·ｍｉｎ－１，透湿度（杯内水，杯外硅胶干燥器，４０℃）１５—２０ｇ·ｍ－２·ｈ－１，耐水压２．９４－３．９２ｋＰａ。The proposed moisture-permeable and water-proof rubberized fabric consists of coating, substrate and textile. 20 weight percent of CMC powder is used as the cellforming material in the substrate compound. Cells are formed during water boil process. The spread of substrate is 100-110g· m-2;the spread of coating is 30-40g· m-2. The thickness of the rubberized fabric is 0. 38-0. 39mm. After water-washed,the rubberized fabric is cured directly on a trolley in an autoclave. The air-permeability (the pressure differential is 98 Pa)of the finished fabric is 1. 5-3mL· cm-2· min-1;the moisture-permeability (water inside the cup,silica-gel drier container outside the cup ) is 15-20g·m-2.·h-1;the hydrostatic stress is 2. 94-3. 92kPa.
