摘　　要：新疆北部福海地区位于哈萨克斯但古板块的北部边缘，邻接西伯利亚古板块。构造活动强烈，属岛弧及弧后盆地构造环境。上古生界沉积盆地类型不断变化，有洋盆、残留海盆地、岛弧盆地、陆缘弧盆地及陆内裂陷盆地等；岩相类型齐全，深海、浅海、滨海、三角洲及河、湖、沼泽等相均有发育。沉积相带分布复杂，同一地区多种亚相交替发育形成混合亚相带。晚石炭世，海水彻底退出，全为陆相沉积，古气候也相应发生剧变。早二叠世末期基本上结束了古生代的沉积历史，普遍缺失晚二叠世的沉积。Fuhai area of XinJiang is located in north margui of Kazakhstan, adjacentto Siberian ancient plate, and belongs to island arc and back arc basin structural environ-ment with strong tectonic activity. The types of sedimentary basin constantly change inUpper Paleozoic, including oceanic basin, residual sea basin, island arc basin . periconti-nental arc basin and landlocked rift basin, etc. , and there is a complete set of lithofaciestypes, including deep sea facies, neritic facies, littoral facies,delta facies, fluvial facies,lake facies and marsh facies. Sedirnentary facies zones are complicated in distribution, andalternatively developed inultiple subfacies fornied mixed subfacies zones in the same area.In Late Carboniferous. following the thorough marine regression, continental deposits oc-courred entirely and enormous changes in paleoclimate had taken place correspondingly.At the end of Early Permian. history of Paleozoic deposiuon is generally finished. which isresulted in widespread absence of deposits of Late Permian in Fuhai area.
