摘　　要：本文介绍了多媒体图像压缩中的分层递阶与系统集成技术。分层递降是基于图像多分辨率，包括空间多分辨率和时间多分辨率。我们提出了时间动态分辨率概念，并研究了它在ＭＰＥＧ标准中的应用。本文还分析了图像压缩系统结构并探讨了变换编码器和控制器的作用。This paper describes hierarchy and system integration in image compression ofmultimedia technique. The hierarchical technique is based on image multiresolution, includ ing spatial multiresolution and temporal multiresolution. we present the concept of dynamictemporal multiresolution and describe how to use it in MPEG. This paper also analyses thearchitecture of image compression system and describes the effect of transform encoder andcontroller in system.
