摘　　要：ＶＡＸ计算机的诊断测试分为６级，分别在脱机模式或联机模式下运行、诊断系统包括ＶＡＸ诊断管理和诊断程序包，可对整个计算机系统进行硬件故障检测，从ＣＰＵ板、内存板到外部设备和系统运行环境。本文就ＶＡＸ机故障诊断的实施策略和方法给出分析和讨论，并给出诊断测试实例。VAX Computer diagnostics are divided six levels,VAX diagnostic system consists of VAX diagnostic supervisor and diagnostic software package,used to test whole computer system, from CPU module to peripheral devices.This paper proposes the implement and analysis of computer diagnostics and tests,and the examples of diagnostic and test are given.
