摘 要:应用放射免疫分析法观察34例围产期窒息新生儿血浆内成素(ET-1)的动态变化,其中轻度窒息19列,重度窒息15例,9例合并颅内出血,并与33例正常新生儿进行对照。结果表明窒息组血浆ET-1测定值高于对照组,重度窒息组显著高于轻度窒息组,9例合并颅内出血患儿血浆ET-1升高更为显著,经过复苏及治疗后ET-1渐下降至正常水平。提示内皮素参与围产期窒息的病理生理过程,并与窒息的严重程度有关。Dynamic variances of plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) in 34 cases with perinatal asphyxia were .observed by radioimmunoassay. Among them 19 were mild asphyxia, 15 were severe, 9 were complicated intracerebral hemorrhage. 33 normal newborns were as control group. The results showed that the determinations of plasrpa ET-1 in asphyxia group was higher than that in control group. The severe asphyxia group was significantly higher than the mild. 9 cases complicated intracerebral hemorrhage showed plasma ET-1 matkedly increased. With the resuscitation and treatment, the levels of plasma ET-1 decreased gradually to normal level. This suggested that endothelin may play a role in the pathophysiology of neonatal asphyxia and may have some relation to the severity of asphyxia.
