术尔康口服液毒理学实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术尔康口服液对大鼠生理功能的影响方法健康ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠１００只，体重１０８．５±１８．４ｇ，随机分为５组，每组２０只。第一组为术尔康口服液大剂量（１３．ｋｇ－１）组，第二组为术尔康中剂量（９．３ｇ·ｋｇ－１）组，第三组为低剂量（５．６ｇ·ｋｇ－１）组，第四组为生理盐水组，第五组为术尔康大剂量附加组。灌胃容量为７ｍｌ·ｋｇ－１。每天１次，共８０ｄ。取血，尿进行检测。结果急性毒性实验结果表明，大剂量术尔康口服液对大鼠无毒性反应。术尔康长期灌胃后可使大鼠血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）、红细胞压积（ＨＣＴ）、平均红细胞容积（ＭＣＶ）增加。尿常规、ＧＰＴ、ＢＵＮ未见明显异常，病理学检查未见明显改变。结论术尔康口服液对大鼠安全无害、无明显毒性反应。Objective To search for the influence of Shuerkang on the Wistar rat's physiological functionMethods The 100 health Wistar rats weight 108. 5±18. 4g, were randomly divided into 5grouqs.The 1st, 2nd, 3rd groups were large,middle, small dose Shuerkang oral liquid groups respectivly, normal Saline group and additional group of large dose Shuerkang; the total capacity with gastogavate was 7ml·kg-1, 1 time a day,total 80 day. Then, the blood and urine were drawn to determine.Results The acute toxic test results show that the Shuerkang oral liquid hasn't toxic reaction for rats. The Hb, HCT and MCV are increased after long-term endogastric perfusion Shuerkang oral liquid.Urine routine, GPT, BUN and pathological examination are normal in general.Conclusion Shuerkang oral liquid is safe and the toxic reaction isn't seen.
