摘　　要：目的探讨异香豆素类化合物的合成方法及构效关系。方法将２，３－二甲氧基－６－羧基苯甲醛与Ｗｉｔｔｉｇ试剂反应，然后氧化、环合脱水，得到目标化合物。结果经过三步反应，合成出一种新化合物３－丙基－５，６－二甲氧基异香豆素。结论此合成方法简便，原料易得，为异香豆素化合物的合成提供了一个好方法。Objective To research the synthesis method and structure-effect relativities of the isocoumarins.Method The compound of 2,3-dimethoxy-6-carboxybenzaldehyde was reacted with Wittig reagent, then oxidized, cyclized and dehydrated.A target compound was obtained.Results A new compound of 3-propyl-5,6-dimethoxyisocoumarin has been synthezed through three steps reactions.Conclusion This synthetic route is short and the material is easily obtained, and provided a good method for synthesis of isocoumarins.
