摘  要:目的利用现代分析测试手段,对天然产物无花果抗肿瘤成分检测分析。方法用高压液相(HPLC)和气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS),分析具有显著抗癌疗效的无花果抽提物有效部位的有效化学成分。结果根据体外生物活性筛选出_的无花果抽提物这一抗癌有效部拉,色谱分析确定其抗肿瘤的重要生物活性成分为具有香豆素类化合物骨架的组分,及苯甲醛和呋喃环类的小分子等环类化合物。结论无花果显著的抗癌作用与该品含有的芳环类化合物有关,可能是其中的苯环结构使癌细胞蛋白质合成受到抑制的机理。Objective On the basis of the modren chromatograph analysis technigue, determined and analysed antitumor activing compounds from nature products extracts of fibs plants.Method The experimental material was taken dry fruit and leafts is of figs, which effective constituents of anticancer for screening out effective parts analysed by HPLC and GC-MS.Results The results of measurement of anticancer active compouns in Figs which are coumarins compounds, such as psoralen, bergapten and benzyaldehyde small molecular aromatic compounds.Conclusion The significanty antineoplastic effect of Figs is correlated with its aromatic compound, its antineoplastic effect may be due to benzene ring inhibiting the protein synthesis of tumour cells.
