普伐他汀和烟酸肌醇脂治疗原发性高胆固醇血症的比较

摘　　要：用双盲对照观察普伐他汀（Ｐｒａ）和烟酸肌醇脂（ＩＮ）的降血脂作用，随机分Ｐｒａ和ＩＮ组各３０例高胆固醇血症病人。男性４１例，女性１９例，年龄５７±ｓ９ａ（４０－７６ａ）．Ｐｒａ１０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｎ，ＩＮ０．４ｇｔｉｄ，均连服４ｗｋ。结果：Ｐｒａ组ＴＣ，ＴＧ和ＬＤＬ－ｃｈ治疗２ｗｋ后就有明显下降，Ｐ均＜０．０１，ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ上升，Ｐ＜０．０５，其药效明显强于ＩＮ，疗效随用药时间延长而提高，未见明显副作用。The effect of pravastain(Pra) for treatment of primary hypercholesterolemia was assessed in an inositol nicotinate(IN) controlled,double-blind trial.Sixty patients with hypercholesterolemia(M 41,F 19;age 57±s 9 a) were randomly divided into 2 groups treated with Pra 10 mg/d for 4 wk and with IN 0.4 g tid for 4 wk.The levels of TC 7.3±1.3mmol/L and TG 2.3±0.9mmol/L decreased to 5.5±1.3mmol/L and 1.3±0.9mmol/L.respectively.Good clinical effects of Pra were noted after 2 wk of receiving drugs and the effects further increased after 4 wk.The results revealed that Pra markedly reduced serum TC,TG,LDL-ch levels and TC-HDL-ch/HDL-ch-ratio and increased HDL-ch.Compared with IN,Pra showed stronger effects and very mild adverse reactions.Pra is a new remedy for treatment of hypercholesterolemia.
