Influences of Fu-she-kang-shuan-mei on hemorheology and hyponychial microcirculation of patients with hyperhemoviscositosis

摘  要:210例高粘血症病人(男性146例,女性64例;年龄62±s8a).经用蝮蛇抗栓酶1.0U加10%葡萄糖液250mL,静脉滴注。1次/d,15d为一个疗程。观察治疗前后全部病人的血液流变学和60例甲襞微循环的变化,结果:治疗后凝血因子Ⅰ、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度均显著下降(P<0.01)。甲襞微循环也显示:淤血及红细胞聚集缓解,血流态异常好转,血流速加快,微循环明显改善。Patients(M146,F64;age 62± s 8 a) with hyperhemoviscositosis were treated with Fu-she-kang-shuan-mei 1 U diluted in 10% glucose 250 mL,iv,gtt,qd,for 15 d.Before and after treatment the hemorheology of all patients and hyponychial microcirculation of 60 patients were observed.The results showed that after the usage of Fu-she-kang-shuan-mei fibrinogen level decreased remarkably(t test,P<0.01).Whole blood viscosity,high shear rate,low shear rate and serum relative viscosity lowered(P<0.01).Hyponychial microcirculation also presented that passive congestion and red blood cell aggregation were alleviated, the blood flow state abnormality was improved,blood velocity increased.The hyponychial microcirculation became into better condition.
