北京市医务人员吸烟情况变化趋势调查

摘　　要：对北京市５家医院医务工作者吸烟情况进行调查，吸烟率为２０．３％，男性为６２．５％，女性为６．８％。与５年前的调查结果相比，男医务工作者的吸烟率变化不大（６３．３％ｖｓ。６２．５％，Ｐ＞０．０５），女性吸烟率明显上升（１．７％ｖｓ。６，８％Ｐ＜０．０５）。戒烟率极低，男６．６％，女１．９％。男医务人员中，青年人的吸烟率高于老年人，手术科室医生的吸烟率高于非手术的医生。但在女医务人员中未得到这些结果。被调查者基本上已认识到吸烟的危害，多数医务人员对他人吸烟持否定态度，７０％以上的医务人员向病人宣传吸烟的危害并劝阻病人吸烟。A study on the smoking condition of medical workers of 5 hospitals in Beijing was completed in 1993.The average smoking rate was 20.3%,62.5% in the male and 6.8% in the female. Compared with that of 5 years ago,the smoking rate of male medical worders did not show much change while the smoking rate of female medical workers increased markedly.The rate of quitting smoking was quite low,6.6% in males and 1.9% in females.
