扩张性心肌病患者心钠素、内源性洋地黄物质的改变及其意义

摘　　要：本文应用放射免疫及超声心动技术检测了３６例扩张性心肌病（ＤＣＭ）患者的心钠素（ＡＮＦ）、内源性洋地黄（ＥＤＬＦ）及心脏舒缩功能指标，结果发现ＤＣＭ患者ＡＮＦ明显升高，ＥＤＬＦ明显下降，二者呈明显负相关，且二者均与心脏收缩功能指标呈现相关，与心脏舒张功能指标不相关。To evaluate the change of ANF and EDLF in chronic heart failure(CHF),we measured ANF and EDLF by using radioimmunoassay in 36 patients with DCM.The results showed that ANF is obviously higher in DCM than that in normal controls(P<0.01),and EDLF is obviously lower in DCM than that in normals(P<0.05).There is an obviously negative relationship between ANF and EDLF(r=-0.6140,p<0.01).We found that they were related to the systolic function of the heart and not to the diastolic function of the heart.
