人类白细胞抗原和预激综合征相关的研究

摘　　要：本文对30例WPW与HLA的相关性进行研究,50例正常人作对照。结果提示:HLA-Bw4抗原的基因可能与WPW的易感基因紧密连锁,而HLA-Cw4对WPW的抗病性有关联或可推测有某种WPW保护基因与HLA-Cw4紧密连锁。This paper reports the result of study on the association of HLA in 30 Pre-excitation syndrome (WPW) patients in comparison with 50 normal controls which are all of northern Han Chinese. The HLA antigen includes 13 HLA-A, 21 HLA-B and 8 HLA-C. The resuh showed that the antigen frequency of HLA-Bw4 is 37%in WPW group, which was much higher than that of normal control(2%). The relative risk rate (RR) was 28.4, corrected P value 9.5x 10^(-4). So, there was a significant difference between these two groups. Meanwhile, the antigen frequency of HLA-Cw4 was only 5% in WPW group, which was much lower than that of normal control (54%). The RR was 0.04, corrected P value 6.3x 10^(-4). There was also a significant difference between these two groups.The results indicate that the gone of supertypic HLA-Bw4 antigen may have a close link with susceptible gene of WPW, while HLA-Cw4 may have a close link with certain protective gone of WPW.
