摘　　要：本研究发现动脉血浆ＥＴ－１水平在体外循环期间持续显著地增高并在体外循环结束时达到峰值。峰值ＥＴ－１水平与体外循环时间呈正相关。推测体外循环期间肺与循环的“隔离”对血浆ＥＴ－１水平的增高起主要作用。显著增高的ＥＴ－１可能与长时间体外循环后的心、肾功能障碍有关。The arterial plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)concentration increased significantly during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)and peaked at the end of CPB was found.The maximal ET-1 level correlated positively with the duration of CPB. The sequestration of lung during CPB might make a major contribution to the increase of ET.The markedly elevated plasma ET-1 is supposed to be associated with the cardiac or renal dysfunction after prolonged CPB.
