摘　　要：本文以一个年处理量８０万吨重油加氢裂化生产装置集散控制系统的设计与实现为背景，针对反应岗位生产过程的控制要求，提出了基于产生式规则的专家控制器与集散控制系统内部ＰＩＤ调节器相结合的分级递阶专家智能控制方案，通过仿真及开工过程在线运行，证明该方案比一般手动操作具有控制平稳、响应快和精度高的特点。n this paper we proposed a hierarchial intelligent control scheme based on distributed controlsyetem for the reaction process control problems of a hydrocracking plant,which can process 800 thousandtons crude oil yeariy. This scherne combined expert control with adaptive parameter PID controller and theresults of control are satisfactory.
