新型催干剂的研制

摘　　要：本文合成一种涂料用新型催干剂—稀土催干剂，该催干剂不仅可以同时取代传统的铅、锰、钻、锌、钙等的有机酸辣皂类催干剂，而且降低了成本，简化了配漆工艺，并且，还能够消除传统催干剂的毒副作用及环境污染，具有较大的应用潜力及环保价值。本文初步探付了该产品的催干机理。A new kind of dry.-cccelerator-RE dry-accelerator is reported in thisstudy。 ResuIts show that RE dry-accelerator can not only replace the olddrv-acceleratorbased on Co/Pb system,but reduce it’s price and pollution as well.It also has pratical andeconomic value to researching and using of this new dry-accelerator.This paper discussthe dry-accelerating procedure on this new material initially。
