摘　　要：该产品是我厂为渭河30万吨/年合成氨工程生产的一台大型浮头式换热器,产品结构复杂,操作压力、操作温度均比较高,但由于制定了合理的工艺方案,故保证了产品生产的顺利进行。The article mainly intruduces the especial requirement for manufacturing the flouting head cover heat exchanger and also gives the procedure for heat treating hgdraulic test. It also inolude the fit up and welding techmqnes which is used to quarantee the pro-cesure, for heat treating and hydraulic test can be well done. It illusrates the actual operating pracess of these procedure.
