主动脉窦瘤破裂的诊断与治疗（附12例报告）

摘　　要：报告了１２例主动脉窦瘤病人的诊断和治疗，其中１０例病人在体外循环下手术，均治愈；２例未经手术者均死于顽固心衰。对手术病人进行了随访观察，并与未手术病人作了比较；讨论了彩色多普勒超声心动图对诊断本病的临床价值；指出确诊后及时手术治疗是唯一有效的治疗措施；探讨了手术中应注意的几个问题。Twelve patients with ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus were diagnosed and treated. The 10 patients who underwent operation under cardiopulmonary bypass all survived. The 2 patients who were not treated surgically died of heart failure. Follow-up for 2 months to 10 years revealed 9 of the 10 sarvivors were healthy and had returned to work,but 1 died of lung infection 1 year after discharge. The diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardlography is affirmed. It is stressed that timely operaton is the only effective management for this condition. Several cautions in performing the operation are discussed.
