摘  要:本文采用Jeffreys小卫星探针33.6和33.15检测了4个湘白猪品系(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)和5个亲本品种(大约克、长白、杜洛克、大围子、沙子岭)的DNA指纹图谱。根据指纹带型计算了每个群体的相似系数(F)、平均等位基因频率(q)和最低平均杂合率(H)。4个湘白猪品系的分析结果表明:湘白猪各品系内的相似系数为0.45~0.49,接近于欧美引进品种长白猪(0.48~0.50),具有较好的遗传纯合性。根据9个品种(系)的群体DNA指纹图谱进行的聚类分析结果表明:在9个品种系的遗传背景下4个湘白猪品系最先聚为一类,从而在分子水平上证实了4个品系具有了构成同一个品种(湘白猪)所需的“遗传相似关系”。聚类图所反映的遗传相似关系与品种培育历史一致。Two human minisatellite probes 33.6 and 33.15 were used to determine the Patternsof DNA fingerprinting (DFP) in four Hunan White pig (HW) strains and their fiveparental breeds (Yorkshire, Landrace, Duroc, Daweizi and Shazilin). Similarity coeffici-ents(F), mean allelic frequencies(q) and minimun heterozygosities(H) were calculatedbased on DFP. Analysis of DFP in four HWP strains indicated that F within each HWstrain ranged from 0.45 ̄0.49 which ivas close to the F (0.48 ̄0.50) for the Landr-ace breed. Therefore, it can be concluded that each HW strain has reached a higherdegree of homogeneity. A parsimony analysis made on the basis of DFP patterns in allnine pigs populations was given, four HW strains clustered first. This result confirmedthat all four HW strains had already possessed the common genetic basis needed forconstructing an identical breed. The groupings illustrated by the parsimony trees were.consistent with the historical records of HW breeding.
