摘 要:本研究对北京荷斯坦牛38头公牛的2035头女儿15个线性体型性状(评分1~00分)1988年至1992年的评定资料进行了主成分分析。结果表明:由遗传相关矩阵得到的前5个主因子占全部变异的89.6%。主成分和因子分析对于阐明体型性状与牛群泌乳寿命和生产变量之间的关系是有用的。Principal component analysis for 15 linear type traits(scored Jinearly 1 to 50points)was conducted from Beijing Holsteins.Data used for analysis were records of2035 daughters of 38 sires collected from 1988 to 1992.Genetic correlations among 15linear type traits were estimated by sire model.This paper showed eigenvalues andproportion of total variance explained by principal components,and factor patterncoefficients for rotated factors,and the description of factors for cows with largestfactor values.A principal colnponent analysis showed that the first five componentsfroln genetic correlation matrix accounted for 89.6% of the total variance in typescores.Principal components and factor analysis are useful to clarify the relationshipof type traits with herdlife and the production variables.
