摘　　要：为了研究一种新的独石结构ＰＴｃ热敏电阻器，采用流延工艺制备膜片并涂以纯Ｐｄ电极浆料进行共烧。制备成了具有ＰＴＣ效应的并联独石结构热敏电阻器。并对共烧过程中电极欧姆接触问题进行了讨论。In order to study a new laminated PTC thermistor based on BaTiO_3,ceramic films were prepared by DBM(Doctor Brand Method) and co-fired with high temperature Pd electrode.Paralled multilayer thermistors with PTC effect were obtained.And the problem of Ohm-contact between PTC ceramic and electrode in co-fire processing was discussed.
