摘　　要：本文针对合成氨脱碳系统中变煮沸器不锈钢列管的腐蚀穿孔进行了试验分析,探明了1Crl8Ni9Ti钢管在钾碱液中腐蚀破坏的主要原因,提出了切实可行的 防治措施。This article analyses the corrosion perforation of the stainless steel tubes of a heat exchanger in the synthetic ammonia decarbonation system, and has found the main reasons why 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel were corroded in the potash lye and has come up with measures of preventing and controling corrosion.
