摘　　要：本文对一台多层卷板衬钛反应塔的池漏穿孔原因进行了分析,认为引起事故的主要原因是反应塔的内衬钛角焊缝存在气孔和裂纹、工业纯钛本身不耐冲刷以及内衬钛结构的设计不足,并提出了可行的处理方法。This paper analyse the reasons for leakage perforazion of multi-layer coil-plate line with titanium reactor. Thinking that the main reasons are the air cavity and crack at the line with titanium angle welded seam of the reactor. nonflush resistance of pure titanium , unreasonable structure of line with titanium. Here, the feasible treatment has been put out.
