摘 要:本文介绍了X射线应力仪用于现场测量残余应力的技术,并且给出了CF-62钢制1500m^3乙烯球缸的焊接残余应力测试结果。测试结果表明,X射线应力测试技术用于大型球罐残余应力的现场测量是可行的;在焊态下测量的残余应力值较高,而焊后热处理使残余应力得到充分的解放。This paper introduced the X-Ray technique of measuring residual stresses in the working field and presented the results of welding residual stresses in a 1500 m3 polythene spherical vessel made by CF-62 steel. It was found that the X-Ray measuring technique of residual stresses used for the large spherical vesseles in the working field is feasible, the measured residual stresses in the as-welded state were higher and they were sufficiently relieved after postweld heat treatment.
