摘  要:在乳化剂OP存在下,于pH9.7~10.0的Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH缓冲介质中,Ni ̄(2+)与邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(CDAA)形成组成比为1:2的稳定的红色配合物,其吸收峰波长在540nm,对比度△λ=126nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.99×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1),室温下20min内显色反应完全,有色配合物至少稳定12h。方法线性范围是0~0.20μg/mlNi,检测限为0.0004μg/ml。在掩蔽剂存在下,方法用于矿样和低合金钢的分析,结果与标准值相符,其RSD(n=6)分别为1.8%和3.1%,标准加入回收率为95.0%~101.2%。ickel forms a red 1 :2 complex with o-carboxybenzenediazoaminoazobenzene in the presence of p-octylpolyethyleneglycol phenylether(OP)in a borax buffer(pH 9.7~10.0).The complex developed has a maximum absorption at 540 nm, with contrast △λ=126 nm,and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.99 × 10 ̄5 L· mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1),and Sandell sensitivity is 2. 95 × 10 ̄(-4) μg/cm ̄2.The development is complete in 20 min and the color is stable for at least 12 h.Most metal ions do not interfere. Beer’s law is obeyed up to 0. 20μg/ml nickel,the detection limit being 0.0004 μg/ml.The method has been applied to the determination of nickel in ore and alloy steel samples in the presence of masking agents,and the results obtained agreed with the certified values,theRSDs(n=6)were 1.8% and 3.1% respectively,there coveries were 95.0%~101.2 %.
