正常人群痘苗病毒抗体的测定

摘　　要：用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测了１５５例不同年龄组正常人血清中的痘苗病毒ＩｇＧ抗体。结果如下．１２岁以下儿童全部为阴性，１３岁以上各年龄组抗体阳性率为３５．０％～８０．Ｏ％，总阳性率为３８．７％；在各阳性年龄组中，抗体效价分布在１：２００～１：１６００之间，几何平均效价为１：２８３，分布在１：２６９～１：２９５之间．用间接免疫荧光方法检测上述同样标本中的痘苗病毒ＩｇＧ抗体，结果１２岁以下儿童全部为阴性，与ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测结果一致，１３岁以上各年龄组抗体阳性率在１５．０％～２５．Ｏ％之间，总阳性率为１２．９％．在各阳性年龄组中，抗体效价分布在１：１０～１：４０之间，几何平均效价为１：１４，分布在１：１３～１：１７之间．The serum antibody(Ab)to vaccina virus in 155 normal individuals of differentage groups were measured by enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA ).The Abunder 12 years children were all negtive ,the positive rate of Ab vaired from 35.O% tO80.o% among the individuals over 13 years ,and the total positive rate of that was38.7%. Among the positive age groups,the titer of Ab distributed from 1 :200 to 1 :1600 ,geometric mean titer(GMT)was 1 :283 and varied from 1 :269 to 1 :295.The Abof the same samples were measured by indirect immunofluorescence. The Ab under 12 yearschildren were also negtive ,the positive rate of Ab vaired from 15.O% to 25.O% amongthe individuals over 13 years and the total positive rate of that was 12,9%. Among thepositive age groups,the titer of Ab distributed from 1:10 to 1 :40,GMT was 1 :14 andvaried from 1:13 to 1:17.
