摘 要:记录A组37例正常人随机点立体图刺激的立体视诱发电位(S-VEP)和B组40例正常人图形翻转刺激的图形翻转视诱发电位(Pr-VEP)。发现:A组有13.5%、35.2%和51.3%的受检者,其S-VEP最大振幅分别出现在颅表O1、Oz及O2处。B组受检者Pr-VEP最大振幅在O1、Oz及O2处的分布比例为2.5%、92.5%和5%。两组资料有非常显著性差异。认为S-VEP与Pr-VEP的神经起源有差别,S-VEP主要起源于18区并有右侧大脑半球优势。he authors recorded the stereoscopic VEP(S-VEP)stimulated by random dot stereogram on 37 normalsubjects in group A and pattern reverse VEP (Pr-VEP)elicited by chechboard on 40 normal subjects in groupB. It was found that there were 13.5%,35.2%,51.3%subjects whose biggest amplitude of S-VEP occurredat O1,O_z,O2, respectively in group A and that was 2.5%,92.5%,5%at O1,Oz,O2 in group B,respec-tively. The difference of two group data is significant.The authors consider that there are differences in neu-ral origin between S-VEP and Pr-VEP and the S-VEP is predominant in right hemisphere of the brain.
