分光光度法测定云芝肝泰中云芝多糖的含量

摘　　要：云芝肝泰系云芝属植物Polystictus versicolor (L) Fr.的干燥子实体粗提物加适量蔗糖制成的冲剂,为免疫调节剂,用于治疗慢性活动性肝炎。Yunzhi Gan Tai are granules composed of crude polysaccharides obtained from Polystictus versicolor(L)Fr and the excipient cane sugar. There has not been determination method because of the interference of xcipient cane sugar. In our study polysaccharides were seperated from excipient by alcohol precipitation and then determined by spectrophotometry. The average recovery of this method Was found to be 102.5%, and the coefficient of variation was 1.39%. The method is simple and convenient. It is suitable for industrial analysis.
