摘　　要：我国是一个资源丰富的多人口国家,长期以来广大科学工作者致力于从植物中寻找高效、副作用小的口服非甾体类避孕药,其中包括适于事后口服避孕的抗着床药物,最近。Yuehchukene(1) is a novel dimeric indole alkaloid with antiimplantation effect, which has been isolated from the root of Murraya paniculata Jack, and systematically named as 6β-(3-indolyl)-7α, 7β, 9-trimethyl-6αβ, 7, 8, 10αβ-tratrahydroindano[2, 3-b] indole. Now 1 has been synthesised, but the yield was very low(1-2%), the highly impure product obtained from the final step of the preparation enhanced the difficulties in purification. The column purification with different columns and solvent systems was tried, the highest purity obtained was 98%, and a further crystallization of 1 has also been achieved.
