香薷挥发油化学成分的研究

摘　　要：本文应用毛细管气相色谱－质谱－计算机联用系统对香薷挥发油的化学成分进行了研究。以玻璃毛细管柱ＯＶ－１０１分离出３１个峰，用质谱法鉴定出２５个成分。其主要成分为β－去氢香薷酮（４４．３２％）、香薷酮（１６．６６％）、２－甲氧基－１，３，５－三甲基苯（１０．０２％）、香橙烯（８．６９％）、ｄ－香芹酮（５．７０％）、柠檬烯（５．３１％）与４－甲基二叔丁基苯酚（１．３４％）等。占总挥发油的９２．０３％以上。同时又应用气相色谱归一化法计算其各成分含量。The chemical components of the essential oil from herb of Elsholtzia patrini Garcke.Have been studied by means of the GC-MS-DS.Twenty five constituents have been identified from 31 separated peaks.The major constituents are β-dehydroelsholizione(44.32%),elsholizia ketone(16.66%),2-methoxy-1,3,5-trimethylbenzene(10.02%),aromadondrene(8. 69%),d-carvone(5.70%),limonene(5.31%),4-methyl-2,6-diterbutyl-phenol 1.33%)etc.The major components make up to 92.03%of total oils.The content of each constituents was determined by area normalization method.
