摘  要:本文报道血、尿、肝、肾、肺、脑等检材中安眠酮含量的固相萃取-紫外导数光谱测定法。该法操作简便,检出限在0.5μg/g(或0.5μg/ml)以下。每1g或1ml检材中加入药物10μg进行测定,各种检材平均回收率均在80%以上,相对标准偏差均在5%以下。该法适于做为法医毒物分析的常规方法。A simple and rapid method for the determination of Methaqualonum in organ tissues and body fluid is deseribed in this paper. The procedure involves solid- phase extraction using GDX403 or X5 porous polymeric sorbent made in China and derivative UV spectrophotometry. Limits of detection of Methaqualonum in specimens using this method are bellow 0. 5μg/g or 0.5μg/ml.The average recoveries of Methaqualonum are more than 80% and the relative standard deviation of recoveries are less than 5%for five replicate determinations of 10μg of Methaqualonum added to one gram of specimen.
