摘　　要：异靛甲及其制剂的反相高效液相色谱法测定徐礼，刘爱茹（中国医学科学院，中国协和医科大学药物研究所１０００５０）靛玉红是根据中医“泻肝经实火”的治则，在应用当归芦荟丸治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的研究中发现的一种新结构类型抗肿瘤药［１］，但存在溶解度差、口服吸收...A method for the determination of meisoindigotin in crude drug and tabletsts byreversed phase HPLC using daidzein as internal standard is described.The column employed waspacked with l0μm YWG-80(250 mm× 4 mm),the eluting solvent consisted of methanol-water(80:20v/v)and the effluent was monitored at 254 nm。The experimental results showed that the contents of meisoindigotin in crude drug determined byUV spectrophotometric method and RP-HPLC are similar,so,the method can be used to controI thequality of the drug。
