摘　　要：所介绍的现代化管理方法是指运用系统工程原理建立可比能耗的分解剖析模型和控制措施模型，并借助电子计算机进行这两个模型的运行．采用此法能够对吨钢可比能耗指标的变化随时做出准确的剖析，及时地反映出影响可比能耗变化的各种因素及其影响量，并能根据不同的目标函数值制定出各种控制措施，实现动态跟踪管理，确保吨钢可比能耗指标的降低。The modernization management method introduced in this paper means applying system engineering principle to establish analysis model and control measures model of comparable energy consumption and having the aid of computer to operate the two models. The adoption of this method can provide accurate analysis of the changes of comparable energy consumption index per ton of steel at all times, report various factors influencing the change of comparable energy consumption and their influencing extent without delay and work out control measures according to different target function values to realize dynamic follow-up management and to assure the reduction of comparable energy consumption index per ton of steel.
