摘　　要：连铸拉矫机矫直力大小的确定直接关系到铸坯矫直的质量，本文针对新余钢铁厂弧形连铸机原设计矫直油压过大，通过计算，对液压系统进行了改进，合理调节拉矫机矫直力的大小，提高了铸坯的质量，并有利于连铸机的正常生产。The straightening force of continuous caster's stretching machine has direct bearing on the quality of billet straightening. In view of too much designed straightening oil pressure of the curved spray continuous casting machine in Xin Yu Iron and Steel Works,the author introduces improvement of the hydraulic system through calculation and the rational adjustment of the amount of the straightening force which improves the quality of billet and normal production of the continuous caster.
