摘　　要：前列腺增生切除术后的前列腺癌已日益引起泌尿外科和病理学者关注。本文对能收集到原切除前列腺病理切片的4例进行了复查和讨论。前列腺增生切除术后确可出现前列腺癌,应引起足够的警惕。本组4例经复查原前列腺标本切片,其中2例第一次即为高分化腺癌,属偶发癌。对其误诊原因从病理学方面作了初步探讨。Prostate cancer after Prostatectomy for BPH had been gradually paid more attention byUrologists and pathologistes.This article reported four post -- prostatectomized patients forBPH with their original prostatectomized pathological slices were reexamined. It showed thatprostate cancer may really be occured after prostatectomy for BPH and should be kept tohigh vigilance.After reexamined the original prostate slices, two of these four cases werenot BPH, but high differentiated adenocarcinoma.They should be belonged to unsuspectedcancers. This mistake also had been discussed from pathological standpoint.
