摘 要:用薄层层折法直接测定家兔经耳静脉注射山莨菪碱后不同时间的血药浓度,计算一次参数和二次参数,其消除相半衰期为15.8min,分布相半衰期为0.99min。与毒效学方法测得结果进行此较,结果证明,两法除药动学参数和其单位的具体意义不同外,其效应动力学与代谢动力学过程基本一致。两法结果均属二房室模型,分布速率远大于消除速率,消除半衰期和分布半衰期的比值分别为15.9和15.3,说明该药效应动力学可以反映出药物代谢动力学的基本过程。The blood concentrations of Anisodamine in different intervals were determined directly using the method of the thin layer chromatograph, after the administration iv of 70 mg/kg of the drug in rabbits. The first and the second degree parameters were calculated, the half life of elimination phase was 15.8 minutes the half-life of distribution phase was 0.99 minutes. The results of this methed compared with that of toxicological effect showed, (1) the cour- ses of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of Anisodamine were basically corrspondent, the two-open compartments wese determined by two methed, respectively. (2) The rate constant of distribution phase was much larger than that of elimination phase in two methods, the two methods ratios of half-life of elimination phase to that of distribution phase were 15.9 and 15.3, respectively.
